We are aware that no two jobs are alike; therefore, we take the time necessary to guide our clients through choosing a customized landscaping plan or lawn maintenance program that will meet your needs and budget. Our expert team accounts for variables including weather, pests, property grading and erosion, as well as shade characteristics. We offer a wide array of services to accommodate all of your landscaping needs.
Annual Lawn Maintenance Programs
Have peace of mind knowing that your yard will receive the “TLC” it needs, when it needs it.
When you sign up for our Annual Maintenance Program, our team comes to your home every 7 to 10 days to care for your lawn. During mowing season, typically March - October, we’ll ensure grass is cut to horticultural standards with mulching mowers that return nutrients to your yard. For cool season grass, such as fescue or bluegrass, the turf is kept between 3.5 - 4 inches. For warm season grass, such as Bermuda, zyosia or centipede, the turf is kept between 2 - 3 inches. In the fall and winter months we focus on taking care of leaf removal from turf, aeration, and fertilization needs. Our Annual Maintenance Program includes bi-weekly on-site inspections by a member of our leadership team to ensure you’re receiving the highest quality service.
In addition, as an Annual Maintenance Program member, you will receive preferred pricing on our landscape services, such as mulching, pruning and tractor services.
Yard Clean-Ups
As the seasons change, a yard clean-up service is essential to get rid of debris. This service will remove leaves from your turf, as well as any fallen twigs or trash that has blown into your yard. This is a great starter service as damp or wet leaves on the turf can smother new grass growth.
Shrub Pruning
Your shrubs will be healthier and producing thicker, fuller foliage with regular pruning.
Plant Installation
Shrub, Small Tree and Plant Installation. We can assist you with selection, installation and maintenace.
Softscape Installation
Installation and maintenance of new or existing mulch or pine straw beds.
Horticultural
Seeding, Fertilizing, and Core Aeration: Mechanical process reduces compaction of soil allowing more oxygen to the root system to spur new seed germination. Application of Weed Control, Pesticides, and Insecticides.
Debris Removal
Debris in your yard not only attracts unwanted insects, but also kills your grass.
Tractor Services
Tractor Services are fantastic for leveling and grading, brush and debris removal, trenches and planting, bush hogging, movement of material or debris, and more! The fee for tractor services will be based on the number of hours required. Complimentary consultations are available for our Tractor Services.
Hardscapes
Design and installation of various hardscapes, including pathways constructed from brick, stone, gravel, or pavers.
Erosion Control
Design and installation of a wide-range of water management and soil stabilization systems, such as French drains, retaining walls, and more.
Woodworking
Decks, Fences, Stairs, and Handicap Ramps: We will design and construct decks, fences, handicap ramps, and stairs. We also do repairs.
